Clean Boot: Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. How to perform a clean boot in Windows Note : Refer " How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting " to reset the computer to start as normal after troubleshooting.

It should be obvious to anyone with the ability to reason that Microsoft is actively sabotaging Windows 7. They failed in their attempt to entice users with 'free' upgrades and are now using 'enhanced' methods to force users to Windows I for one will not switch to another Microsoft OS ever.
